Hal Arnold has been restoring pens since 1998 in Cincinnati, Ohio under the name Pen Restoration Services. Hal does all levels of pen repair and restoration from simple sac replacements through complete rebuilds of vintage pens. He performs hundreds of restorations a year and has a broad clientele of repeat customers.

Pen Restoration Services fled the cold midwest for the last time and relocated near Charleston, South Carolina. Fountain pens visiting will think they are on vacation in the historic south, and at their owner's request, can be taken on tours of Fort Moultrie, Fort Sumter, and the plantations on the Ashley River.
