On February 21, 1999, a group of pen enthusiasts from the Research Triangle met for their first official meeting. Since that time, the Triangle Pen Club has grown and meets every other month or so at the Mad Hatter Bake Shop in Durham, NC. The club is dedicated to educating pen collectors, encouraging new collectors, and preserving the tradition of fountain pen collecting.
